Training is foremost in our service offerings. Courses on Dynamic Programming, Demystifying Appserver, DWP Essentials, Demystifying WebClient, Introduction to ADM2, Programming in SmartObjects and Introduction to Progress OPENEDGE 10 are presented onsite and are delivered semi-customed to each clients needs.
Solution Architecture Services are available to customers that have the “Business Vision” and want to create a robust end user solution using Industry Best Practices and Technologies.
Technical Services required to support your applications are available on most popular platforms – Citrix, Unix (AIX, HP, Linux, SCO, Sun), Windows, etc. Progress DBA services necessary to fully support Disaster Recovery, Data Replication, General Maintenance, Migrations, Performance and Tuning (including Progress Fathom v2.0) are all available.
Custom Code Add-ons are for customers who wish to leverage the investment in existing enterprise applications can engage industry experts to develop application bolt-ons and/or extensions to the application suite ( i.e. MFG/PRO, MXP, Trend, FrontStep, SQL Report Engines, etc).
Application Migration Support Services are available to customers that are planning migrations to the latest available application suites (i.e. MFG/PRO eB, MXP, Frontstep, Trend, etc.). (Gap Analysis, technology evaluation and planning, code migration, training, etc.)
Complete SDLC resources are available to Spec, Develop, Test, Deploy and Train complete applications. Employing standards for software development to ensure customers are engaged in the development lifecycle and receive the product as intended.
Application Integration Services are available to customers who wish to join disparate applications and/or non-centralized datastores in order to share data. Support for Progress Dataservers, SonicMQ/XQ and customized WebServices through WebSpeed are all available to integrate applications.
